Please include the following in a zip file and paste a download link in the form below.

1. AUDIO FILES (Reference or Red Book Audio Master)
- Hi res audio files must be submitted as 44.1 kHZ, 16 Bit WAV files and must be named track 01, track 02, track 03, etc. to ensure proper sequence.

2. HI RES COVER IMAGE
- 3000 x 3000 pixels, 300 DPI, TIF or JPEG Format

3. LYRICS
- .txt, .rtf or .doc are all acceptable
- please refer to lyric guidelines
