  • “Fuckin finally. My tape player doesn’t work. And I ain’t gettin a new one. I’ve missed so much good shit. My record player works..but these fuckin kids and their tapes..I get it. It’s cheap. It’s easy. And most importantly, they’re doing it themselves. But I need records, man. And here it is. They finally fuckin did it. These dudes’ve played in so many different kick ass bands in the LA area I can’t even count. Putting on their own shows, making their own shit, playing the fuck out of it every time they get the chance. And now this. They all came together and put a name to it. Stamp this in one in the history books and have a platter of goodness to remember it by. I love this kind of shit. DIY, punk rock, rowdy motherfuckers. Light yourself on fire type shit. Broken glass type shit. Back alley, underground, if you know you know type shit..as it should be..fuckin finally.” - Mike Lohrman (The Stitches)

  • “Local heroes HOT LOAD don't disappoint with this ripping debut. Fans of RAW POWER, ENGLISH DOGS, POISON IDEA and even old school metal like TANK will probably dig this. but really those are just references, HOT LOAD is doing their own thing and it rules.” - Jesse Michael (Operation Ivy)

  • "A raging debut by these hometown antiheroes. True rockers, champions of excess. Sonically, the bastard mutant child of bands like Poison Idea, Motorhead, Battalion of Saints, & Warfare if they'd been abandoned on the streets of Japan. Real "kick someone's head off/cut your own head off" music. When Jerry A said he's got a date with the devil... this band is that devil. And they're meeting you halfway in a fuckin tank!" - Mexi Mike (Section H8)

  • "You think you’re ready? You have no idea. You think you know HOT LOAD. You don’t know this HOT LOAD, because these motherfukkrs have grown up. Fate Unknown is HOT LOAD realized; twenty five minutes of furious bombast that shits on convention and makes the case for a new metal/punk revolution. You have never heard a record this sweaty and full of fukk. So suit up and strap in: “Heaven is hot babe // Dig my grave.” - DISCHARGE // JUDAS PRIEST // DEATH SIDE // MOTÖRHEAD // HOT LOAD - Robert Collins (Terminal Escape/ No Statik/ Conquest For Death)

  • "Hell yea it's new school but still sounds old school all crazy, like people get all wild in the pit and slam but they still play all fast and the singer gets down" - Slammer

fawn "Paper Thin"

LP - $16.60
STREET DATE: 11/21/25
CAT#: SDR-148
LABEL: Sunday Drive

Hailing from San Antonio/Austin, Texas Fawn has stood out in the Texas scene with their noisy and atmospheric performances, joining alongside a mix from supporting touring artists to a local hardcore show. Singer and composer, Trevor Humphreys’ vocal melodies softly carry the songs gracefully, with driving rhythms from drummer, Jes Morales, bassist, Olivia Jacome, and guitarist Giovannis Campos.

“Paper Thin” marks Fawn’s first proper release on Sunday Drive Records and their first full project since 2022’s self-titled EP. While the record stays true to the band’s established sound, these four tracks feel both expansive and stripped down, layered yet effortlessly composed. Each song runs just past the four-minute mark, but doesn’t feel like it, because of the memorable melodies and guitar leads that can easily get stuck in your head.

With “Paper Thin”, Fawn continues to set themselves apart and further solidifies their place in Texas’ thriving alternative-rock scene.

TRACK LISTING:
01. Paper Thin
02. Hill
03. You’ll Find Out
04. Fleeting Sun

Ritual "Your Touch"

7" - $8.00
STREET DATE: 11/21/25
CAT#: SDR-146
LABEL: Sunday Drive

The lines “Your Touch sets me free” and “Go ahead and let me down” are simple, yet vivid—two emotions pulling in opposite directions. This is what Ritual does best: creating a dynamic of feelings backed by the sounds of driving and melodic alternative-rock.

“Your Touch” is their first new release since Closing In dropped in 2023. Since then, they’ve been busy playing show after show and becoming a staple in Austin’s music scene.

These new songs stretch further than anything they’ve done before. They’re softer in places, heavier in other and layered with vast tones to create the most Ritual sounding songs yet.

TRACK LISTING:
01. Your Touch
02. Drag

Planet B "Cult and Culture Podcast - Bonus 7" Single"

7" EP - $14.00
STREET DATE: 11/21/25
CAT#: 31G159
LABEL: Three One G

Limited edition 7” from Luke and Justin’s band Planet B to go with the Cult and Culture Podcast LP. Includes a cover of Grandmaster Flash & Melle Mel’s “White Lines (Don’t Do It)” with guest vocals from Johnny Whitney (The Blood Brothers).

The concept of Cult and Culture began as a short segment created by Justin Pearson, an internationally known musician, record label owner (Three One G Records), author, and actor. He is best known as bassist/vocalist for bands such as Dead Cross, The Locust, and Deaf Club, among many others. Justin has come to know and work with a broad spectrum of captivating personalities and brilliant minds, many of which are key figures in the realm of popular culture and cult followings alike. Guests include a broad scope of musicians, producers, authors, filmmakers, and anyone passionate about what they do. In its infancy, segments were shorter, 10-20 minutes, and would be recorded while on tour. Since then, Pearson has collaborated with producer and musician Luke Henshaw (Planet B, Sonido de la Frontera) to build the idea into a proper podcast, now recorded at Penguin Studios in San Diego. The focus is not intended to be in any one realm, and because guests are friends and family, the conversations are frank, informal, well-informed and genuine.
